Ep 3. Blindsided

In episode 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days season 2, titled "Blindsided," the couples face unexpected challenges and surprises in their relationships.

The episode begins with Darcey and Jesse still reeling from their explosive fight in the previous episode. After Jesse stormed out and left Darcey crying, she tries to reach out to him but he refuses to answer her calls. Eventually, Jesse agrees to meet with Darcey and they have a tense conversation, with him accusing her of being manipulative and her accusing him of being controlling. Despite their issues, they decide to go to a winery together to try to salvage their relationship.

Meanwhile, Rachel is excited to finally meet her British beau, Jon, in person. She arrives in London with her young daughter, and the couple shares a nervous hug at the airport. Things seem to be going smoothly until Rachel reveals that she's pregnant, which comes as a shock to Jon. He's unsure if he's ready to be a father, and Rachel worries that this revelation may endanger her chances of making things work with Jon.

In Mexico, Paul and Karine continue to struggle with their communication barriers. Paul is trying to learn Portuguese, but his slow progress frustrates Karine. He also reveals a secret to her that he's been keeping from her - he was previously arrested for arson and has a criminal record. This revelation horrifies Karine and she begins to question whether or not she can trust Paul.

Back in the US, Angela arrives in Nigeria to be with Michael. She's excited to see him again but soon realizes that there may be some cultural differences that could be problematic. When Michael takes her to meet his friends and family, they seem disapproving of their age difference, and Angela worries that they won't accept her.

Finally, Tarik is excited to meet Hazel in the Philippines. He's been communicating with her for months and is sure that they have a strong connection. However, when he arrives, he's blindsided by Hazel's revelations about her past. She reveals that she has a young son and that he will need to be part of their relationship. Tarik is unsure if he wants to be a stepfather, and the two have a difficult conversation about their future together.

Throughout the episode, the couples are faced with unexpected challenges that threaten to derail their relationships. Despite this, they all remain optimistic and hopeful that they can make things work.
