Ep 2. Face To Face

After Darcey's tumultuous meeting with Jesse in Amsterdam, she returns home to Connecticut eager to move on and start fresh. She begins chatting with a new man, Tom, online and feels like she's finally found someone who can appreciate her for who she is. As their relationship blossoms, Darcey eagerly agrees to meet Tom in person in London, but she's nervous that he may not live up to her expectations.

Meanwhile, Paul is struggling to keep his relationship with Karine afloat. The language barrier and cultural differences have proven to be difficult obstacles, and Paul isn't sure if Karine truly loves him or is just using him for a green card. He decides to fly to Brazil to confront Karine and see if their relationship can survive the distance.

Avery, a 19-year-old from Ohio, has been chatting with a Syrian man named Omar online. Despite warnings from her family and friends about the dangers of meeting someone from a war-torn country, Avery is convinced that Omar is the one for her. Finally, Angela, a 51-year-old from Georgia, is eager to meet her Nigerian fiance, Michael, in person. She's been saving money for months to fly to Nigeria, but when she arrives, she's nervous about the cultural differences and the fact that Michael may not be as committed to their relationship as she is.
