Ep 18. Wings of fear!

Frank is minding his sisters pet budgie. Nick and Perry are convinced that it must be extremely dangerous as it's kept in a cage. Somehow it must be connected to the bird food it eats. They investigate and the budgie escapes. An elaborate ruse is needed to get the budgie back in the cage without anyone noticing.
