Lucy's favourite TV character 'BUMPER' (a Lassie style hero) has lots of adventures. Lucy decides to re-enact an episode with Nick and Perry as the heroes. As Lucy reenacts the "girl in danger" situation in Mr. Meat Chunk's factory, it all goes pretty wrong. N&P have to come up with a clever plan to alert the police and Frank.- and to save the day (and Lucy).
