The NewsRadio team is gearing up for Halloween in the office, but things quickly go awry when an anonymous candy thief begins stealing treats from everyone's desks. As tensions escalate and accusations fly, Dave decides to take matters into his own hands and sets up a sting operation to catch the culprit. Meanwhile, Catherine struggles to come up with a costume that is both provocative and feminist, while Joe channels his inner vampire and Matthew tries to win the favor of Lisa by dressing up as her favorite sitcom character.
