After America chooses a job for New York, it will then be time for her to go to work. She'll tackle all aspects of her new employment. Her motivation? Money. If she can impress her new employer, she'll receive a $10,000 bonus. If she quits, fails, or gets fired, she receives nothing. And America will send her on her way to her next gig. But these jobs aren't going to be easy. We're going to make this diva go to work!
