Ep 6. Bank Robbery

In New Tricks season 3 episode 6 titled "Bank Robbery," the team is tasked with investigating a bank robbery that occurred over 20 years ago. The robbery resulted in the death of a security guard and the theft of £10 million in cash and jewels.

As the investigation continues, the team begins to suspect that the robbery was an inside job, with one of the bank employees working with the robbers. They look into the background of the bank staff at the time of the robbery and discover that one of the tellers, who disappeared shortly after the robbery, had a criminal record and may have been involved.

Meanwhile, as the team works to solve the case, Gerry Standing struggles with his own personal demons. He becomes emotionally invested in the case, as he knew the security guard who was killed during the robbery. His grief and anger threaten to derail the investigation, but his fellow team members rally around him and help him work through his feelings.

In the end, the team is able to solve the case and recover some of the stolen money and jewels. As always, their dogged determination and attention to detail result in a successful conclusion to the investigation.
