When a Navy Commander's body is found, mutilated and trapped in cement, the NCIS team is called in to investigate. They discover he was a highly decorated officer, known for his dedication to duty and country. But as they dig deeper, they unveil a darker side to his life – one of corruption, secrets, and lies.
