Ep 8. Voices

NCIS season 15 episode 8, titled "Voices," follows the team as they investigate an explosion at a charity gala that killed a Marine Lieutenant. While the team initially believes the Lieutenant was the target, they soon discover that the bomb was meant for his wife, a Venezuelan diplomat.
