In NCIS season 10 episode 15 titled "Hereafter," the NCIS team investigates the death of a Navy Lieutenant who was found dead in his car. The team initially suspects it to be a suicide, but as more information comes to light, they start to believe that it could be a murder.
The deceased Lieutenant had been suffering from PTSD and had recently been discharged from the Navy due to his condition. As the team delves deeper into his past, they discover that he had been seeking treatment from a psychiatrist who had been prescribing him a new experimental drug.
The team soon discovers that there are others taking the same drug who have been exhibiting strange and unpredictable behavior. They suspect that the drug may be responsible for the Lieutenant's death and decide to investigate further.

The team ultimately unravels a complicated conspiracy involving the experimental drug and a high-ranking Navy officer. With Gibbs leading the charge, the team races against time to prevent anyone else from being harmed and to bring those responsible to justice.
