The NCIS team is back in action in The Immortals, the 5th episode of the 1st season. This time, the team is tasked with investigating the murder of a Marine who was found dead outside of a motel in Dupont Circle. But as the investigation deepens, they find that the case is much more complex than they had anticipated.
As the NCIS team struggles to piece together the clues, they encounter a group of women known as The Immortals, who seem to hold the key to the case. The Immortals are a secret society of powerful women who are all over the age of 80, yet remain youthful and beautiful. They are led by the enigmatic Madame Zelda, who has a strange hold over the women in the group.
The NCIS team is suspicious of The Immortals and their involvement in the murder of the Marine. But their investigation is hindered by the fact that the women are so secretive, and seem to have a powerful influence over anyone who comes near them.
Meanwhile, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) is dealing with his own demons as he struggles to come to terms with the loss of his family. His ex-wife is back in town, stirring up old memories and emotions that Gibbs thought he had buried long ago.
As the case heats up, tensions run high among the NCIS team, and a shocking revelation threatens to tear them apart. But in the end, it's up to Gibbs and his team to unravel the mystery of The Immortals, and bring the killer to justice.
The Immortals is a thrilling episode that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.
