Ep 21. Rocket Man

When nuclear fuel rods are stolen from a missile silo, the NCIS: Los Angeles team must race against the clock to locate them before they can fall into the wrong hands. With tensions between the United States and Russia already high, the potential repercussions of the fuel rods being used to make a dirty bomb could be catastrophic.

Hetty assigns the team to investigate a wealthy businessman, Arthur T. Vance, who has a history of anti-government activity. Vance, who is played by guest star Timothy V.
