Ep 18. Blood Brothers

When a marine's car is stolen and he ends up murdered, the NCIS team go into action to try and find the thief and the killer. They soon discover that the case is linked to a powerful drug cartel based in Mexico. Hetty and the team must work against the clock to find the killer before more lives are lost.

The team focuses their initial investigation on the stolen car, which has been found abandoned with a bullet hole in the seat. They trace the car to a gang known for stealing vehicles, but soon realize that the gang is not responsible for the murder. Through interviews with the victim's friends and family, NCIS discovers that the marine had been concerned about his younger brother's involvement in the cartel. The team also learns that the victim had been working with the DEA to bring down the cartel.

As the investigation heats up, the NCIS team is called to Mexico to work with local law enforcement to find the killer.
