He is torn between his loyalty to his colleagues and his duty as a police officer.

As the episode reaches its climax, Nash confronts the killer within his own team and takes down the Wrecking Crew. He is left to ponder the toll that the case has taken on him, both professionally and personally. In the end, he makes peace with his daughter and vows to be more involved in her life.
