Nash Bridges season 2 episode 14, titled Inside Out, follows Nash as he investigates a series of robberies in the city. The episode begins with Nash and Joe responding to a call about a possible break-in at a sporting goods store. They arrive at the scene to find the store's front window shattered and several items missing from the displays.

As Nash and Joe begin to investigate the robbery, they quickly realize that this is not an isolated incident. Several other stores in the area have also been targeted, and all of them seem to have been robbed in a similar fashion. Nash starts to put the pieces together and discovers that all of the targeted stores are owned by the same person – a wealthy businessman named Warren Pershing.

Nash and the team start to dig deeper into Pershing's business dealings and quickly discover that he has been involved in some shady business practices. They suspect that Pershing may be behind the robberies, but they don't have enough evidence to prove it.

Meanwhile, Nash is dealing with his own personal issues. His daughter, Cassidy, is struggling with her own demons and begins to act out in dangerous ways. Nash's ex-wife, Lisa, is also in town and causing problems for him. Nash tries to focus on the case, but his personal life is starting to take a toll on him.

As the investigation continues, Nash and the team uncover more evidence that points to Pershing's involvement. They finally catch a break when they discover that Pershing has hired a group of ex-cons to carry out the robberies. With this new information, Nash and the team set a trap for Pershing and his crew.

In the climactic scene, Nash and the team surround Pershing's mansion and engage in a shootout with his men. Nash confronts Pershing and manages to take him down, but not before being shot himself. In the end, the team successfully takes down Pershing and all of his accomplices.

The episode ends with Nash recovering in the hospital and reflecting on the events of the case. He is grateful for his team's support and for the closure they were able to provide for the victims of the robberies. Meanwhile, Cassidy is on the road to recovery and Nash has a heart-to-heart with Lisa about their future. The episode leaves the viewer with a sense of closure and a glimpse into the personal struggles that the characters face alongside their work as detectives.
