In Naruto Shippuden season 9 episode 486, titled "Sunrise, Part 3: Fuushin," the story continues with Naruto and Sasuke still fighting against the villainous Shin Uchiha. Meanwhile, Sakura is left to handle the other enemy, who turns out to be a clone of Shin himself. As the battle rages on, Naruto and Sasuke start to discover the true nature of their adversary, and the lengths to which they will go to achieve their goals.
The episode begins with a continuation of the battle between Naruto, Sasuke, and Shin. After getting his headband back from Shin, Naruto uses his new power to summon a massive, ocean-like wave of chakra. In turn, Shin reveals his own unique ability: the ability to create clones of himself that he can control and use as shields or weapons. This leads to a back-and-forth battle between the two sides, with Shin's clones taking the brunt of Naruto and Sasuke's attacks.
However, things take a turn when Sakura realizes that the other enemy is actually a clone of Shin himself. Using her skills as a medic-nin, Sakura tampers with the clone's chakra and causes it to explode. This temporarily takes out the clone, but also forces Sakura to retreat and regroup with the others.
As Naruto and Sasuke continue to fight against Shin, they start to realize the true nature of their adversary. It turns out that Shin is actually an experiment created by Orochimaru, the villainous Sannin who has plagued Naruto and his friends for years. Orochimaru had been experimenting with the bodies of various Uchiha clan members, in an attempt to create the "Ultimate Sharingan."
Shin was one of Orochimaru's most successful experiments, and his unique abilities were a byproduct of Orochimaru's tampering. However, Shin also had a twisted sense of loyalty to Orochimaru, and became obsessed with carrying out his "father's" legacy. This led him to seek out and capture other Uchiha members, in an attempt to recreate Orochimaru's experiment on a larger scale.
As Naruto and Sasuke come to realize the true nature of their enemy, they also come to terms with their own limits. Despite their immense power and skill, they are unable to defeat Shin and his clones completely. This leads them to come up with a new strategy, involving the use of their newly awakened "Rinnegan" and "Six Paths" powers.
Meanwhile, Sakura continues to hold her ground against the Shin clone, despite the clone's ability to regenerate itself. She also reveals to the others that Shin had been keeping a mysterious object in his laboratory, which she believes could be the key to stopping him once and for all.
Overall, Naruto Shippuden season 9 episode 486 is a thrilling continuation of the "Sunrise" story arc, with plenty of action, suspense, and character development. As Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura face their toughest challenges yet, they also begin to uncover the sinister secrets behind Orochimaru's experiments, and the lengths to which his followers will go to achieve their goals. With new powers, new alliances, and new discoveries, the stage is set for an epic finale to this arc, and the beginning of a new chapter in the Naruto saga.
