Ep 118. Formation!

At Katsina Village, Naruto and his team are greeted by Shizune, an old childhood friend of Naruto's mentor, Jiraiya. She welcomes them and leads them to a hospital where Amaru can be treated. The team meets with a medical expert named Shimei, who can remove the cursed seal, but the process is very difficult and can be fatal if done incorrectly.

Meanwhile, Akatsuki members Deidara and Sasori launch a full-scale attack on the Hidden Sand Village in order to capture Gaara. The Sand Village is guarded by Chiyo and Sakura, who are tasked with protecting the Kazekage. The two groups engage in a fierce battle where Chiyo and Sakura use their skills to counter the powerful attacks of the Akatsuki members.

Back in Katsina Village, Amaru's condition worsens and Shimei decides to take drastic measures to save her life. He tells Naruto and his team that the only way to save Amaru is by using a forbidden technique called the "Kinjutsu". The team is hesitant at first but decides that saving Amaru is more important than following the rules.

The episode ends with Naruto and his team preparing for battle as they head off to join the fight against the Akatsuki in the Hidden Sand Village. Naruto is determined to save Gaara and protect the people he cares about, even if it means putting his own life in danger.
