Ep 9. Randy In Charge (...Of Our Days and Our Nights)

Randy has always been Earl's lackey and sidekick, but in season 3 episode 9, he finally gets his chance to be in charge. Earl convinces Randy to take on more responsibility and make decisions for himself, and Randy eagerly accepts the challenge.
