Ep 1. South Beach Birth Rite

In season 12 episode 1 of My Lottery Dream Home, titled "South Beach Birth Rite," host David Bromstad helps a lucky lottery winner find their dream home in the luxurious South Beach neighborhood of Miami, Florida.

The episode opens with David meeting the winner, Tammy, at her current apartment in Miami Beach. Tammy explains that she has always dreamed of living in South Beach, but never thought it would be possible until she won the lottery. Now she wants to find the perfect home to start the next chapter of her life.

David takes Tammy on a tour of some of the most exclusive properties in South Beach, starting with a stunning oceanfront condo. Tammy is blown away by the breathtaking views and high-end amenities, but David reminds her that she has a budget to stick to and there are other options to consider.

Next, they check out a spacious apartment in a chic Art Deco building. Tammy loves the historic charm and the fact that it's within walking distance of all the best restaurants and shops in South Beach. But she's not sure if it has enough room for all of her belongings, including her extensive shoe collection.

David then takes Tammy to a modern luxury condo with sleek finishes and a rooftop pool. Tammy is impressed by the high-tech features and the fact that it's move-in ready, but she's not sure if it has the character and charm she's looking for in a home.

After seeing several properties, Tammy starts to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what she wants. David encourages her to take a break and enjoy some of the sights and sounds of South Beach. They go for a walk on the beach, explore the famous Art Deco architecture, and even sample some of the local cuisine.

Feeling refreshed, Tammy is ready to continue the search for her dream home. David takes her to a stunning Mediterranean-style villa with a private pool and lush tropical landscaping. Tammy is blown away by the grandeur of the home and the fact that it has everything she's been looking for, including a large walk-in closet for her shoes.

But there's one catch: the home is significantly over Tammy's budget. David reminds her that she can always negotiate with the seller and that sometimes it's worth it to splurge on something you truly love.

After much deliberation, Tammy decides to make an offer on the Mediterranean villa. David helps her navigate the negotiation process and they eventually come to an agreement that works for both parties.

The episode ends with Tammy happily moving into her new home, grateful for the amazing opportunity to live in her dream neighborhood and excited for all the adventures to come.
