In My Kitchen Rules season 7 episode 11, the competition heats up as the remaining teams battle it out for a spot in the semifinals. The episode begins with a twist, as the teams are split up and must compete against each other in head-to-head matchups. The winners of each matchup then move on to the semifinals, while the losers face elimination.
First up is a face-off between Lisa and John from South Australia and Carmine and Lauren from Victoria. Both teams are determined to win, but Lisa and John's seafood linguine wins over the judges and secures their spot in the semifinals. Next, Josh and Amy from Western Australia take on Georgie and Alicia from New South Wales. Despite a strong showing from both teams, Georgie and Alicia's pork belly with apple coleslaw wins over the judges and advances them to the next round.
In the third matchup, Ash and Camilla from Queensland compete against Rosie and Paige from Tasmania. The two teams have very different cooking styles, with Ash and Camilla favoring bold flavors and Rosie and Paige opting for more delicate dishes. In the end, the judges appreciate Ash and Camilla's adventurous menu and send them to the semifinals.
The final face-off of the episode is between Tim and Kyle from New South Wales and JP and Nelly from Queensland. Both teams bring their A-game, but Tim and Kyle's roasted chicken with truffle butter edges out JP and Nelly's spicy seafood stew and secures their spot in the semifinals.
With the semifinals set, the tension in the kitchen is palpable. Each team is determined to make it to the finals and prove that they have what it takes to be crowned My Kitchen Rules champions. But with only four teams left in the competition, the stakes are higher than ever before. Who will rise to the challenge and who will fall short? Tune in to find out.
