Ep 2. Susan's Story

In the second episode of season 3 of My 600-lb Life, viewers are introduced to Susan, a 44-year-old woman from South Carolina who weighs 700 pounds and is unable to care for herself. She relies on her two daughters, Amber and Ashley, to assist her with everyday tasks such as bathing, using the restroom, and moving around the house.
