MXC (Most Extreme Elimination Challenge) was a game show that consisted of various physical challenges and obstacles that contestants had to complete in order to win. Each episode had a different theme and for season 3 episode 11, the theme was CSI and Forensics vs. Children's Entertainment.
The episode started with host Vic Romano and co-host Kenny Blankenship introducing the two teams. CSI and Forensics was represented by the captain, Agent Catalina Crest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with her teammates, Detective Joel Grissom and Forensic Scientist Horatio H. Caine. On the other hand, Children's Entertainment was represented by captain Chuck E. Cheese, along with his teammates Barney and SpongeBob SquarePants.
The first challenge was called "Rough Country," where the contestants had to crawl through a narrow, muddy obstacle course while avoiding various obstacles such as swinging tires, falling logs, and explosive mines. The Children's Entertainment team took an early lead but the CSI and Forensics team quickly caught up, with Detective Joel Grissom leading the way. In the end, CSI and Forensics won the challenge, with Chuck E. Cheese and Barney getting stuck in the mud.
The second challenge was called "Muddlerama," where the contestants had to cross a slippery and muddy course while trying to avoid getting hit by swinging wrecking balls, flying anvils, and other various hazards. The teams took turns crossing the course and it was neck and neck until Horatio H. Caine suddenly got hit by a wrecking ball and flew off the course. Despite this setback, CSI and Forensics managed to win the challenge with some impressive acrobatics and teamwork.
The third challenge was called "Hurtin' Sheep," where the contestants had to ride mechanical sheep and jump over various obstacles while trying to hold on for as long as possible. The Children's Entertainment team started strong with Chuck E. Cheese being the first to ride, but soon he was thrown off the sheep by a low-hanging obstacle. CSI and Forensics took the lead once again, with Agent Crest being the only contestant to stay on her sheep for the entire course. CSI and Forensics won the challenge, with SpongeBob SquarePants being the only member of the Children's Entertainment team to successfully complete the course.
The fourth challenge was called "Log Drop," where the contestants had to climb up a slippery hill and jump to grab onto spinning logs while avoiding getting knocked off by giant spider arms. This challenge proved to be the most difficult one yet, with both teams struggling to make it past the spinning logs and spider arms. Despite some close calls, CSI and Forensics managed to win the challenge, with Detective Joel Grissom being the only contestant from either team to successfully make it across the course without falling.
The final challenge was called "Human Velcro," where the contestants had to jump from a platform and stick onto a giant velcro wall while wearing inflatable sumo suits. The team with the most members stuck onto the wall at the end of the challenge would be declared the winner. The Children's Entertainment team started strong, with SpongeBob SquarePants being the first to stick onto the wall. However, soon after, the CSI and Forensics team caught up and managed to stick all three of their members onto the wall, winning the challenge and the episode.
Overall, the CSI and Forensics team dominated the Children's Entertainment team, winning four out of five challenges. Despite some impressive performances from the Children's Entertainment team, they were no match for the skills and teamwork of Agent Crest, Detective Joel Grissom, and Forensic Scientist Horatio H. Caine. It was another entertaining and hilarious episode of MXC filled with outrageous stunts, silly costumes, and witty commentary from Vic and Kenny.
