Rudeus and Eris are now one step closer to their goal as they arrive at the Dragon God's home. Rudeus brings Eris to meet the great being, with the intent of having her become its disciple, as he himself once did. The Dragon God is reluctant at first, but decides to give Eris a chance by holding a test for her. Meanwhile, Rudeus and a group of dragonkin visit his childhood home, where he learns more about his family and their tragic fate.
