Ep 8. The Animated Series: Spring Clean

After finally managing to borrow some washing-up liquid, Mr. Bean returns to his apartment and continues with his cleaning. He decides to tackle his bathroom next, but finds that the toilet is clogged. He tries to unclog it with various tools, including a plunger and a coat hanger, but nothing seems to work. This leads to a series of mishaps including flooding his bathroom, accidentally soaking his neighbor, and almost getting sucked down the drain himself.

As the day progresses, Mr. Bean's cleaning becomes more and more chaotic. He accidentally knocks over a vase, breaks a picture frame, and even manages to set off the fire alarm. Despite all these setbacks, Mr. Bean soldiers on, determined to finish his spring cleaning.

The episode culminates in a hilarious scene where Mr. Bean tries to clean his windows. He uses a homemade contraption made out of a bucket, squeegee, and rope, but ends up getting stuck outside his apartment building. He tries to break back in through his window, but only ends up causing more chaos. Eventually, he manages to make his way back inside, but not before leaving his apartment covered in soap suds, broken glass, and a rather disgruntled neighbor.

Overall, "Spring Clean" is a lighthearted and funny episode of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series that showcases the character's trademark physical comedy and slapstick humor. It is a great example of the show's ability to turn mundane tasks into hilarious adventures, and is sure to please fans of all ages.
