Over the course of each episode, Memme and her team would assess the state of the house and come up with a plan to fix any issues that might be keeping potential buyers away. The homeowners featured on Move This House were often stressed out and anxious about their inability to sell their homes, and Memme and her team would offer plenty of emotional support and pep talks. There were also occasional moments of tension between the homeowners and the team, as people struggled with the stress of having strangers come into their homes and make changes.

One notable feature of the show was its focus on 'staging' - the practice of setting up a home to make it more appealing to potential buyers. Memme and her team were experts at this, and would often spend hours moving furniture, hanging artwork, and accessorizing to create the perfect look for each home. This part of the show was a real highlight for design lovers, as it offered plenty of inspiration for those looking to spruce up their own living spaces.

Over its five seasons, Move This House proved to be a popular and engaging addition to the reality TV landscape, blending the drama of home renovation with the excitement of the real estate market. The show was praised for its practical tips and down-to-earth approach, and it remains a beloved classic for fans of home improvement shows.
