The ninth episode of the second season of Mountain Monsters is titled 'Bloodless Howler of Harrison County'. This episode starts with a chilling reminder of the previous night, when the team heard a blood-curdling howl. The team is determined to find evidence of the Bloodless Howler, a deadly creature that is rumored to reside in Harrison County and drain the blood of its victims.
The team meets with a local farmer who claims to have seen the creature and heard its howl. The farmer describes the creature as a large and menacing canine with black fur and glowing red eyes. The team sets up camp on the farmer's property and begins their investigation.
As they conduct their investigation, the team discovers a set of tracks that appear to have been made by a large wolf or dog. They follow the tracks deep into the woods and come across a small cave. Inside the cave, the team finds wolf hair, bloodstains, and a set of paw prints that are much larger than any wolf's tracks.
The team decides to set up a trap using the farmer's livestock as bait. They hope that the creature will be attracted to the scent of fresh blood and come out of hiding. After several hours of waiting, the team finally hears the sound of the Bloodless Howler's howl.
The team quickly springs into action, but in the chaos, they lose sight of the creature. They split up, with half of the team following the creature's tracks and the other half staying behind to guard the trap.
As the team tracks the creature deeper into the woods, things start to take a dangerous turn. The creature begins attacking the team from the shadows, leaving them scrambling to defend themselves. They quickly realize that they are dealing with a much more intelligent and dangerous creature than they had anticipated.
The team eventually corners the creature in a deserted mine shaft, where they engage in a tense standoff. As they prepare to take the creature down, they realize that they are dealing with an elusive and intelligent foe. They will have to work together and use all of their skills to capture the Bloodless Howler.
Overall, 'Bloodless Howler of Harrison County' is an intense and suspenseful episode that highlights the Mountain Monsters team's determination and resourcefulness in the face of a deadly creature. With each passing moment, the stakes grow higher, and the team must rely on their instincts and wits to survive and capture the creature.
