Finally, viewers catch up with Rich Lewis, who is still dealing with the fallout from his decision to leave his long-standing trapping partner. Rich must now work hard to secure a successful trapping season on his own, without the help of his former partner. He faces numerous challenges as he tries to prove that he can do it on his own, including having to deal with uncooperative weather and dangerous wildlife.
