Back inside the Mint, "Rio" and "Tokyo" are growing closer and are initiating a romantic relationship. But, when they are caught by one of the guards, they must come up with a plan to keep their relationship from interfering with the heist. Meanwhile, "Denver" and "Moscow" are working on the printing process and run into some complications that could potentially ruin the entire plan.

As the episode progresses, the robbers become more desperate and more hostages attempt to escape. "Nairobi" takes it upon herself to calm the hostages and try to prevent any further escape attempts. However, her efforts are jeopardized when a member of the group is arrested by the police. The robbers must figure out a way to save their comrade while still continuing with the heist.

The episode ends with a major confrontation between the robbers and the hostages. The hostages demand to speak with the police, and the robbers must come up with a way to satisfy this demand without revealing their true identities. The situation grows more intense as the episode concludes, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats and excited to see what will happen next.
