Ep 15. Small Town / The Devious Doppleganger

Old Mr. Williams who lives across the street from Mona has always kept to himself. But Mona never suspected he was capable of THIS! Peering through a basement window one night, Mona spies Mr. Williams bent over a miniature replica of the town complete with little lights, little cars... and little people! Neighbors who were supposedly on vacation have, in fact, been miniaturized to populate the miniature town - but far be it from Mona's parents to believe her. When she and her friends are found out as peeping toms Mr. Williams condemns them to the same fate - shrinking them down and making them permanent residents of his cardboard creation. / When she is reprimanded for breaking her mother's favorite vase, a miffed Mona seeks refuge in the basement - a ten year old vampire's last sanctuary. There, she uncovers an old antique mirror. She is studying her reflection when, suddenly, a hand whips out from inside the mirror and pulls her in. Seconds later, Mona steps back out. But it turns out it isn't Mona at all but her evil mirror self, a devious doppleganger bent on mischief and sullying Mona's good reputation. Can a suspicious Lily, Charley, and Fang figure out the ruse and save the real Mona from her mirror-world prison before it's too late?
