Ep 3. Sparkling Water & Ba-Dinkers

Bonnie and Christy discover that AA doesn't explore their previous traumas after their therapist Dr. Bell (played by recurring guest star Paget Brewster) suggests that they attend a local woman's meeting. While there, Bonnie reconnects with a woman from her past who reminds her of the importance of dealing with past traumas instead of just "suppressing them". Meanwhile, Christy clashes with Marjorie's brother Wendell (guest star Billy Gardell) over the restaurant he wants to open, but Marjorie intervenes and gets them to work out their differences. Back at the restaurant, Jill is struggling with her sobriety and resorts to dishonesty to try to get her job back, but Marjorie confronts her and urges her to seek help. Throughout it all, the ladies find comfort in each other and continue to support one another through their individual struggles.
