In "Hot Springs Eternal," Molly and her friends Trini and Tooey discover a hot spring while on a fishing trip. The hot spring quickly becomes a popular spot for the local wildlife, and Molly and her friends are eager to keep the area safe and clean. They work together to organize a cleanup effort, but when they accidentally damage the hot spring, they start to worry that they may have caused irreparable harm. Molly and her friends must find a way to fix their mistake and ensure that the hot spring stays a safe and vibrant place for the animals to visit.
In "Tooey's Hero," Molly's friend Tooey is excited to meet his hero, an old-time Alaskan sled dog musher named Eugene Pike. But when Tooey finally gets the chance to meet Eugene, he realizes that the man is older and more frail than he had imagined. Tooey is disappointed that his hero isn't everything he had hoped, but Molly encourages him to look beyond Eugene's age and see him as the accomplished musher that he is.
