Ep 3. Blindsided

Jay is excited to spend time with his grandkids while Gloria takes a business trip to New York. However, his plans are derailed when he realizes that he needs to have surgery on his nose. Meanwhile, Phil tries to help Cam recover from an embarrassing incident at a school fundraiser, but his efforts only make things worse. And Haley and her boyfriend, Rainer, struggle to find time for each other amidst their busy schedules. As always, the whole family comes together in the end to support each other through life's ups and downs.
