Ep 6. The Help

Phil and Claire hire a temporary nanny, Andy, who they quickly form a bond with. As they struggle to balance their work and family lives, they come to rely more and more on Andy's help around the house. Meanwhile, Jay is frustrated with Gloria's new assistant, who he sees as too attractive and a distraction for Manny. Haley becomes worried about her future after her college application is rejected, and seeks advice from Alex and Luke. Cam and Mitchell argue over whether or not to keep Lily in her current school, while she struggles to fit in with the other students. As tensions rise, the family must come together to navigate the challenges of modern life.
