Ep 7. Dark Side of the Moon

In Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam season 1 episode 7, titled "Dark Side of the Moon," the tension between the Earth Federation and the anti-EF group, AEUG, continues to escalate. After their last encounter with the AEUG, the Earth Federation increases their surveillance on the space colonies where the rebels are suspected to be hiding. Meanwhile, the AEUG is reeling from the loss of one of their pilots and is in need of a new mobile suit to replace the one that was destroyed.

Kamille, one of the main characters, is still struggling to come to terms with his role in the conflict and is contemplating leaving the AEUG to return to his life on Earth. However, his decision is put on hold when the AEUG receives a call for help from a group of space colonists who are being held captive by the Earth Federation on the Moon.

The AEUG launches an attack on the Moon to rescue the hostages, but their mission is complicated by the arrival of a mysterious Gundam that is unlike any they have seen before. As the battle rages on, Kamille finds himself face to face with the pilot of the new Gundam, a man who is shrouded in mystery and appears to have a personal vendetta against Kamille.

As the conflict on the Moon reaches its climax, Kamille must confront this new adversary while also grappling with his own doubts and fears. "Dark Side of the Moon" is an action-packed episode that further explores the complex political and emotional landscape of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.
