Ep 2. The Froggs are Moving (2)

Handyman Negri stops by Mr. Rogers' house and helps him repair a picture frame that has recently broken. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII appoints Betty Aberlin with the task of finding somebody else to take the position of watching the Museum-Go-Round. While he's waiting, he decides to get a portrait of him painted so that he'll have something nice to give to the Frogg family.
