Mr. Rogers decides to go get a haircut in order to show the viewers at home that it doesn't hurt when you get a haircut. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the same barber who cut Mr. Rogers' hair has gone to cut Corny's hair, as he has been letting his hair grow too long.
