Mr. Rogers decides to bring out an old toy doll, in which he changes its diaper in order to tell the viewers that they were once that small and that they've all grown up. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Tadpole Frogg becomes worried that he isn't growing fast enough, so he checks into a local hospital in hopes of getting fixed.
