Mr. Rogers takes out his binoculars and he attempts to show the viewers at home what they're designed for and how they function. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Betty Aberlin decides to dress up like a snow goose in an attempt to spread some cheer across the land.
