Ep 7. Operation Heart

Their method: to convince Pres. Rurich that a Prof. Bennett, an American held prisoner falsely charged with espionage, is in fact a foreign agent who knows about Gomalk's plans. The IMF plays out its dramatic plot in the maximum security ward of Yurava's Central Hospital where Bennett lies near death with a heart ailment. MARTIN LANDAU plays four roles in the intricate scheme, which includes attempts to "assassinate" Rurich, to "poison" Bennett, and to kill Bennett by smuggling a "bomb" into the operating room.
