Ep 12. The Council: Part 2

Faced with deportation by the crime syndicate, which believes he is Frank Wayne, head of the syndicate, Rollin proposes an alternative solution: a radical face-lift, which is performed by Cinnamon. The operation is a complete success. When Phelps again invades the syndicate's office, "Wayne" vows vengeance and orders Phelps' extermination. His "death", provokes a syndicate council to determine what action should be taken against "Wayne" for failing to consult the other members before taking such drastic action. The decision is unanimous: "Wayne" is given a white rose -- his death warrant. The appointed killer efficiently dispatches his assignment a few minutes later, unaware that the IMF has meanwhile ingeniously substituted the real Wayne for Rollin.
