Ep 2. Episode 2

The second episode of Misfits picks up where the first left off, with the five young offenders still struggling to adjust to their newfound supernatural abilities. Nathan continues to mock and irritate his fellow misfits, while the others try to come to terms with their powers and figure out what to do with them.

Kelly discovers that she has the ability to read people's thoughts, which initially seems like more of a curse than a gift. She overhears some unseemly secrets about her probation officer, and struggles with the moral implications of using her powers to her advantage. Meanwhile, Simon discovers that he can become invisible, which gives him an opportunity to spy on his crush, Sally. However, new security measures at the community center force him to use his powers in a more creative way.

A subplot of the episode centers around Curtis and his romantic entanglements. After the humiliation of his failed attempt to win back his ex-girlfriend, he finds himself drawn to a new girl named Alisha. However, her power - to make anyone who touches her skin become overwhelmed with lust - complicates their budding romance in unexpected ways.

As the episode progresses, the misfits find themselves drawn into a new conflict, this time with a man who seems to have the power to control time itself. His strange abilities lead to a series of bizarre and unsettling events, including a confrontation at a local pub that quickly escalates into violence.

Throughout it all, the misfits remain a dysfunctional and unlikely team, with their powers both making their lives more complicated and giving them a newfound sense of purpose. As they struggle to master their abilities and navigate the strange world they now inhabit, it becomes clear that they are in for many more challenges and adventures in the episodes to come.
