The episode begins with Guddu and Golu still recuperating from their injuries sustained during the events of the previous season. We see that Guddu has been paralyzed from the waist down and is struggling to come to terms with his new reality. Meanwhile, Golu is haunted by the memories of her sister's death and is hesitant to take up arms again.
In the world of Mirzapur, things are not looking good for Kaleen Bhaiya. His son, Munna, is still recovering from his gunshot wound and is unable to perform his duties as the heir apparent. To make matters worse, the rival gang, led by Rati Shankar Shukla, is making moves to expand their territory. Kaleen Bhaiya realizes that he needs to act fast to protect his empire.
Enter Sharad Shukla, Rati Shankar's nephew who has recently returned from studying in the US. Sharad is ambitious and has his sights set on taking down Kaleen Bhaiya. He proposes an alliance with Guddu and Golu, promising them the resources and manpower they need to take down Kaleen Bhaiya in exchange for their help in eliminating his uncle.
Guddu and Golu are initially skeptical of Sharad's offer but realize that they have no other choice if they want to exact revenge on Kaleen Bhaiya. They agree to the alliance and come up with a plan to take down Kaleen Bhaiya's stronghold. They recruit a group of fighters, including a former police officer and a farmer who lost his land to Kaleen Bhaiya, and begin their operation.
Meanwhile, Munna is feeling restless and eager to prove his worth to his father. He decides to take matters into his own hands and comes up with a plan to eliminate Rati Shankar. He enlists the help of his friend, Dimpy, and together they execute a daring operation that leaves Rati Shankar dead.
The episode ends with Guddu and Golu successfully taking down Kaleen Bhaiya's stronghold and repelling his men. However, their victory is short-lived as they realize that Munna has killed Rati Shankar and the city is now in chaos. The stage is set for a violent showdown between the various factions vying for power in Mirzapur.
