Mighty Little Bheem is a show about a young boy with incredible strength and agility, named Bheem. In season 2, episode 2 titled "Mistaken Identities," Bheem gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity when he is mistaken for a thief by the townspeople.
Bheem is playing with his friends when he sees a man being chased by a group of people. The man runs towards Bheem, who catches him and stops the townspeople from chasing him. The man is grateful and explains that he is an artist who was out late at night painting when he heard a noise. Thinking it was a thief, he panicked and ran away, accidentally dropping his paintbrushes on the ground. When the townspeople saw him running with paint on his clothes and a bag of paintbrushes, they assumed he was a thief.
The man tells Bheem that he needs to return the paintbrushes to their rightful owners, who are artists in the town. Bheem agrees to help him, but as they go door to door returning the paintbrushes, they are mistaken for thieves themselves. The townspeople see a young boy with a bag full of expensive art supplies and assume he has stolen them. Bheem and the artist try to explain, but the townspeople refuse to listen and start chasing them.
Bheem and the artist manage to escape but realize they cannot return the paintbrushes without being caught again. They decide to hide out in a nearby cave and come up with a plan. While they are in the cave, the artist teaches Bheem some painting techniques and they create some beautiful artwork together.
As they are painting, they hear the townspeople approaching the cave. Bheem and the artist realize they need to come up with a new plan to clear their names. They decide to create a painting of the thief, using the artist's knowledge of facial features and Bheem's incredible memory. Bheem remembers what the man who he had caught looked like and the artist creates a painting of him.
Bheem and the artist return to the town with the painting and show it to the townspeople, telling them that this is what the real thief looks like. The townspeople realize their mistake and apologize to Bheem and the artist for accusing them. The rightful owners of the paintbrushes express their gratitude to Bheem for returning their supplies.
The episode ends with Bheem and the artist collaborating on a painting that they donate to the town, showcasing their new friendship and the power of working together.
