Ep 23. Daisy's Photo Finish!

Mickey Mouse: Mixed-Up Adventures is a children's animated series focused on the beloved Disney character, Mickey Mouse, and his friends as they embark on various adventures in their hometown of Hot Dog Hills. In season 2, episode 23, titled "Daisy's Photo Finish!," the gang is excited to participate in a photo contest.

The episode opens with Daisy, the group's resident fashionista and photographer, announcing a photo contest in Hot Dog Hills. She explains that the winner will have their photo displayed in the Hot Dog Hills museum, and the contest is open to all residents of the town. Mickey and his friends, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald, are excited about the opportunity to show off their photography skills and decide to enter the contest.

Daisy reveals the theme of the photo contest - "Hot Dog Hills - Then and Now." The contestants have to submit a photo that shows how a specific place in Hot Dog Hills has changed over time. As they brainstorm ideas for their photos, Mickey proposes taking a picture of the Hot Dog Hills clock tower, which has been a landmark in town for many years. The gang splits up to take photos of the clock tower, past and present.

Things get a little crazy when Goofy accidentally spills his bottle of bubble solution, causing a bubble blizzard that engulfs him and Pluto. Donald, on the other hand, gets sidetracked by a butterfly and forgets to take any photos of the clock tower at all. Despite the mishaps, Mickey and Daisy are able to get some great photos of the clock tower that show how it has changed over time.

However, when they go to submit their photos, they are disappointed to find out that the contest deadline has passed. They missed the deadline by just a few minutes! Daisy is especially upset, as she was really looking forward to showcasing her photography in the museum.

But Mickey doesn't give up that easily. He hatches a plan to sneak into the museum after hours and hang their photos up on the wall anyway. The gang sets out to carry out their plan, but they must navigate some obstacles along the way, including a tricky security system and a group of noisy mice.

In the end, they are successful in hanging up their photos, and they feel proud of what they have accomplished. But then they hear a strange noise and realize that they are not alone in the museum. They discover that Pete, their arch-nemesis, has also snuck in to try and win the photo contest. Pete has taken a photo of a tree in Hot Dog Hills, claiming that it has been there for over 200 years. Mickey knows that Pete is lying, as the tree is clearly not that old.

Mickey decides to teach Pete a lesson and reveals that the tree he photographed is actually a fake tree that is used for the annual Hot Dog Hills Pooch Parade. Mickey then shows off his own photo of the clock tower, which wins the contest. Daisy's photo also gets an honorable mention. The gang celebrates their victory and reminds us that good things come to those who never give up.
