They come up with a plan to rescue the puppy and expose the dogfighting ring. With the help of some of the other dogs, they create a diversion and free the puppies from their cages. The woman and her accomplices are arrested, and the puppy is reunited with its real owner.
The episode ends with Mickey and the gang feeling proud of themselves for saving the puppy and putting an end to the dogfighting ring. They also learn the importance of being vigilant and speaking out against animal cruelty.
