The duo manages to make it to the source of the melody, a giant tower, where they face off against the final boss: a mammoth EM Beast created by the melody's power. Lyra and Geo's cooperation is put to the test as they use their unique abilities to chip away at the monster's defenses before finally finishing it off with a joint attack.

After the battle, Lyra hands Geo a mysterious key, thanking him for his help and revealing that the key is the last hope for her people. She disappears before the confused duo can ask any follow-up questions, leaving them to ponder over what could possibly be the purpose of the key.
