Ep 14. Will The Real Fred Rovick Please Stand Up

Allison has a dream about a young boy named Justin who is kidnapped and murdered. She wakes up and is convinced that the dream was a premonition and that she needs to find the boy's killer before it's too late. Her husband Joe doesn't quite believe her and tells her to relax and not worry about it too much. Allison can't let it go and after doing some research she finds out the boy's name was Fred Rovick.

She does more digging and finds out that Fred Rovick was a boy who was kidnapped and murdered twenty-five years ago. The case was never solved and the killer was never caught. Allison believes that she sees Fred Rovick's ghost in her home and that he is trying to tell her something. She enlists the help of her daughters to try and figure out what he wants.

Meanwhile, Joe is dealing with his own problems at work. He is in charge of closing down a factory and laying off all the workers. He is struggling with the decision and is feeling guilty about putting all those people out of work. Allison tries to offer him some support, but he is distant and dismissive.

Allison has another dream where she sees Fred Rovick's killer. She realizes that the killer is still living in the town and decides to try and track him down. She goes to the local library and does some research on the case. She meets a man named Ron who knew Fred when he was a boy. Ron tells her that Fred had a twin brother named Kurt who was always in trouble with the law. He suggests that she talk to Kurt and try to get some more information from him.

Allison tracks down Kurt Rovick and tries to talk to him about his brother's murder. Kurt is uncooperative and doesn't want to discuss the case. Allison persists and eventually Kurt tells her that he knows who the killer is. He warns her that the killer is dangerous and that she should stay away.

Allison doesn't listen and decides to investigate further. She discovers that the killer is a man named Roger who still lives in the town. She confronts Roger and he admits to killing Fred Rovick. Allison is able to help the police and Roger is finally arrested and brought to justice.

In the end, Joe realizes how much Allison's gift has helped people and is grateful for her. Allison is pleased that she was able to help solve the murder of Fred Rovick and find justice for his family.
