Ep 5. Sleep Over/Sand Castle/Happy Anniversary
- April 15, 2018
Little Bear and his friends are back in a brand new episode of Maurice Sendak's Little Bear. This episode features three stories - Sleep Over, Sand Castle, and Happy Anniversary - each as heartwarming as the last.
In the first story, Sleep Over, Little Bear invites his two best friends, Duck and Owl, over for a sleepover. But as bedtime approaches, the friends find it hard to settle down and fall asleep. Little Bear suggests that they tell each other stories to calm their nerves, and soon enough, they are fast asleep. But when Little Bear is woken up by a noise in the middle of the night, he has to summon his courage to investigate and discovers the culprit.
In the second story, Sand Castle, Little Bear and his friends decide to build a sandcastle at the beach. While they are busy building, a group of rowdy monkeys come over and destroy their work. But Little Bear and his friends don't give up, and with the help of a magic seashell, they rebuild even bigger and better than before. The story teaches children about perseverance and the importance of not giving up.
In the third and final story, Happy Anniversary, Little Bear and his family celebrate his grandparents' wedding anniversary. The family goes on a picnic and spends the day together, reminiscing about memories from the past. Little Bear also learns about the importance of love and commitment in a lasting marriage, and how family is always there to support and care for each other.
As always, the animation in Maurice Sendak's Little Bear is stunning, with vibrant colors and charming characters that children will love. Each story is packed with important life lessons and heartwarming moments that make it perfect for families to watch and enjoy together.
Overall, episode five of season four is a wonderful addition to Maurice Sendak's Little Bear, with three entertaining and educational stories that children will love.
