Ep 23. The Doctors

Matlock tries to establish that any of four hospital residents, not just his client, might have had a motive for murdering the hard-nosed doctor in charge of the resident program. Each member of the constantly criticized team of residents had a motive for killing the vindictive head doctor who held their fate in his hands. But Matlock's client, Dr. Bruce Jacobs, was seen leaving the scene of the crime, and was most likely to be dropped from the resident program, leaving him without a career as a doctor.
