Ep 2. The Naked and the Dead

In Matador season 1 episode 2 titled "The Naked and the Dead," Tony Bravo, a skilled covert operative and professional soccer player, is tasked with infiltrating a wealthy businessman's home in order to locate a valuable painting. As Tony and Senna search for the painting, they begin to develop feelings for each other. Their bond is strengthened when they both uncover secrets about one another. However, their romantic moment is cut short when a group of men break into the businessman's home seeking revenge for an old transgression. Tony and Senna must work together to stop the attackers and ensure their safety.

Back at the Embassy, Annie and Noah manage to track down the arms dealer, but things do not go according to plan. They are forced to make a difficult decision in order to stop the dealer from causing any more harm.

In the end, Tony manages to retrieve the painting and escape with Senna, though not without a fight. Annie and Noah successfully stop the arms dealer, but their victory is bittersweet. As they all come together to celebrate their successes, they are reminded of the danger and darkness that comes with their line of work.
